Commercial Renovation – Baton Rouge, LA

This particular project presented many new challenges.  Along with the full scope of renovation work, this building required foundation and subsurface drainage remediation to alleviate interior water intrusion during periods of heavy rain.  Coordinating with architects, civil and structural engineers, along with an independent testing firm, Blue Hound Construction was able to implement cost-saving solutions, completing the project on schedule and under budget.
